I saw a great advertisement on the TV today. a bowl of cereal is not just great for breakfast, but a bowl of cereal is good before going to bed at night
because it helps you to sleep. So for all my cereal eaters this is good news.
But my favorite bedtime snack is still a peanut butter sandwich and a cold glass of milk. Hope you all have a good nights sleep,
